Noah came out this morning to look at my furnace which was making loud, unusual noises. It’s an older unit and I was concerned it was going to fail during this very cold time. He examined the components, checked thermostat and was able to quickly determine the issue. It was corrected and at a reasonable price. Recommend!

I completed diagnostics and found the filter clean. It was just replaced, It was very dirty per customer. I found outdoor unit dirty and cleaned it. I found capacitor exploded, replaced. The system is low, system has a leak. I gave the customer options. The A/C is getting older, may want to consider replacement.
I completed a diagnostic call on a Trane air conditioner. I replaced the PVC fitting that was leaking. Dehumidifier recommended to remove duct condensation.

Bled gas line and confirmed pressure, two-stage ignition will not light. Lit pilot manually, needs pilot/ ignition. Gave customer options, she is going to think about it.
I installed a Five Star 80% 45,000 BTU Gas Furnace 3T 14" and a Five Star 13 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner. Cycled and monitored the system. Operating normally at this time.
I completed a diagnostic call on a Bryant air conditioner. I found the drain clogged and is slowing the drain. I cleaned and flushed the drain. System cooling well at this time
I completed a service call on a Goodman air conditioner. Upon arrival I found the home at 74 and it is set to 71. I found inadequate return, recommend moving return higher. I then found the condensate drain clogged, I blew out and flushed drain and added drain pan tabs. System now cooling.
Upon arrival to preform a diagnostic call on a Carrier air conditioner, I found the unit frozen. When I returned later that evening the unit was thawed out. I then cycled cooling. I found the pressures low and added 1.5pounds of R-410.

Completed a diagnostic call on a Goodman air conditioner. I found the system off and the blower set to on. Blower is not running, I did find the circuit board receiving call for fan, but not powering blower. Jumped blower to 120VAC power, blower will run continuously until circuit board is replaced.
Completed a diagnostic call on a Lennox air conditioner. I found the filter dirty, so I replaced it. Breaker trips instantly, found continuity from compressor terminals doesn't have wires attached to ground. Compressor shorted to ground. Gave customer options.
I completed a diagnostic call on a York air conditioner. I found the outdoor unit dirty. The magnetic locking cap has a malfunction and I cannot access suction port. Gave client options, replacing AC tomorrow afternoon.
I gave an estimate to install a Carrier 80% 45,000 BTU Gas Furnace and a Carrier 13 SEER 2 Ton Air Conditioner. Included in the estimate is a 1 year free service maintenance agreement.
Upon completing a diagnostic call on a Trane air conditioner I found the filter to be the wrong size, allowing unfiltered air to pass through into furnace and coil. I then found outdoor unit very dirty, needs to be cleaned. Capacitor failed, needs to be replaced. Gave customer options. Customer opted to have unit cleaned and replace capacitor, cycled and now cooling properly.
